When we look to magazines and runways we are flooded with skinny models looking gorgeous in fashionable clothes. But when the average American women is a size 14 it’s hard to translate how some of those trends will fit. Well…times are a changing ladies as designer Marc Jacobs has been set to be the first fashion house to have a line that offers sizes bigger than 14. And with rising plus-size super models like Beth Ditto (a size 18) and Crystal Renn (a size 14) the fashion industry is bound to catch on. What do you think, should fashion designers advertise and have runway shows with plus-size models?
