Q: “I’ve tried everything and as you’ve said they work for a little bit and stop. I get small clogged pores, hence whiteheads. I feel that it is something within my body causing it. Do you have any suggestions?
A: I think the challenge first starts from within your body – that it can’t find the proper resources to help itself naturally regulate. So here’s what I’d suggest. First, you must find a cleanser that exfoliates. This will help you turn over dead skin that can become trapped in larger pores. In addition, you’ll want to find something that reduces the size of pores. Salicylic acid, Vitamin C and A can help do this. Of course it’s always temporary so you’ll need to wash morning and night. Finally, help your body out by providing it with the nutrition it needs to help you do this naturally. You can do this with OTC supplements, just make certain they are bio-available for your body (broken down for you) so your body can absorb it!
