Over Thanksgiving weekend, I had the best time hanging out with family & friends! While I was standing in the security line at Charlotte-Douglas International this at 5 AM (yes, 5 AM!) I began to wonder if they truly know how thankful I am that they made the holiday so special for me!

The most obvious option for saying “Thank You” is with a card. While the gesture is small, we so rarely recieve actual physical mail that it’s thrilling to see that little envelope with your name and address handwritten on it. While you can always stop by your local stationary store and make your own (which sounds SUPER FUN), try looking on Etsy for affordable, unique solutions!! Here’s one that I fell in love with!

Something else you can do is get in the kitchen and whip up something good!! My go-to gift is my world famous Cinnmon Rolls! Cinnamon Rolls are amazing because you can deliver them on a Tuesday evening and your giftees will still be eating them for breakfast on Friday! Here’s the recipe that is pretty much no fail that I use!

You can also say thanks with flowers! But instead of ordering from a florist and spending $30+, try playing your own florist! Pick out a vase that you have or at a local shop! I love Pier 1 because they’re super affordable and have some chic options for people who are picky! These metallic vases are only $7.48!! Liven them up with flowers that will match a specific room in your giftee’s home! If you were gifting me, pink, purple and white flowers would all be a good choice in these vases! (hint, hint!)

Pay attention to ques of gifts that people would enjoy! Does your Aunt Tracey always updating her facebook status about the Pumpkin Spice Latte at Starbucks, you can give her a $5 giftcard to get her caffiene fix on! If your boyfriend always picks up the check at Mi Pueblo, your favorite mexican restaurant, pick up the check one night just to let him know how much you appreciate him during the holidays!!

Always stay gracious, it makes you beautiful on the inside!!

What do all the elfettes do to say THANK YOU!?
